There is a national park in Canada called the 1,000 islands (actually over 1,800 fresh water islands), but the definition they use is that an island must support at least one living tree and be larger than 0.093 mยฒ. Anything else and itโs just a rock. Not sure if this rule is applied across the country or just for the St. Lawrence river.
